Aleksandra Palkova is a researcher at the Latvian Institute of International Affairs. She analyzes the political and institutional processes of the European Union, produces scientific publications, organizes conferences and conducts projects. A. Palkova is an International Relations PhD student and a senior researcher at Riga Stradins University (RSU), where she studies security and climate policy issues. Former exchange student at Western University in the Netherlands. Since 2021 Palkova has been an Associate Researcher at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). Since 2022 A.Palkova has been a guest lecturer at Riga Stradins University and Vidzemes Augstkola.
