Elīna Vrobļevska is a lecturer at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU) Faculty of European Studies and the director of the master’s program “International Relations and Diplomacy”. For the past ten years, in line with her doctoral dissertation topic, her research specialty has been Russia’s foreign policy and identity construction, specifically focusing on Vladimir Putin’s speeches. Additionally, her professional and research endeavours relate to topics of the functioning of international organizations and aspects of public health policy creation.
