Sarah Fischbuch received her Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University (USA) and recently graduated with her Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University (USA). Her primary research interests include system science, specifically aspects of Latvian national security and the institution of the family, as well as the impact of Latvia joining the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in 2004. Sarah is from the USA, but she has also lived in Ecuador (18 months), Germany (7 months), and Singapore (3 years). She speaks Spanish and German and is learning Russian.
