Sintija Broka is a researcher at the Latvian Institute of International Affairs and a Ph.D. Fellow at Riga Stradiņš University. Sintija Broka holds a bachelor's degree in International Economics from the University of Latvia and a master's degree in International Relations and diplomacy from Riga Stradiņš University. Sintija Broka studied International Economics at the University of Malta. She has recently worked as an economic researcher at the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Riga and as a laboratory assistant at the Riga Stradiņš University. She is currently studying Arabic studies at the Middle East Institute in Washington. Sintija Broka's academic interests include Middle East political and economic sustainability, religion and politics of the Middle East, as well as the foreign policy dynamics of the Gulf region.
