This week has been spent in France's sign, or, more precisely, in the sign of Emmanuel Macron. This week, the President of France paid a three-day visit to two Baltic states - Lithuania and Latvia. Among the various issues, the so-called 'new security architecture'together with Russiawas also addressed. While this is undoubtedly a critical issue of concern to the Baltic States, we offer a much broader analysis of the French President's plans for Europe.
