Belarus Research Network on Neighborhood Policy first event: "In search of a new strategy for Belarus”

On January 10, a researcher at the Latvian Institute of International Affairs Elizabete Elīna Vizgunova-Vikmane moderated the discussion "In search of a new strategy for Belarus”.

In this event, we discussed the need for two European strategies for Belarus. One, which is crafted in Brussels, to coordinate and determine how the EU member states can approach Belarus in the future. And the other, crafted by the democratic forces of Belarus, representing the interests of the people of Belarus.
