The publication provides concerns, evaluations and proposals on the security situation in the Baltic Sea region and beyond, presented by the participants of the event, as well as afterthoughts, such as a detailed evaluation of the security problems in Europe, in the Baltic states, and concrete ideas on how the security relationship between Western countries and the Russian Federation can be developed in the context of the 2014 security crisis in Ukraine.
