The authors are well known experts in their fields of endeavour presented their views and analysis of Latvia’s place and role in processes after the Georgian-Russian war, making use of the ideas that were expressed during the aforementioned discussions as the basis for their work. The publication is a result of cooperation between the The Soros Foundation–Latvia and the Latvian Institute of International Affairs.
